Trained in more than 12 different massage techniques, I have also deepened my knowledge of anatomy through numerous trainings and exchanges. By becoming a yoga teacher and scuba diving instructor, I am constantly driven by the enrichment of my approach to mobility, anatomy, and the human.

My area of ​​expertise lies in deep tissue massages and muscle recovery; but also in a reflective and sharing pedagogy. My benevolence and my sensitivity allow me to adapt, to personalize my care and to support each individual as well as possible.
