To help us prepare your consultation and ensure that the practice has the necessary equipment to provide appropriate care, you are required to briefly indicate the reason for your consultation in the “Notes” section when booking your appointment.
Appointments where the “Notes” section contains only a number, a space, a full stop, or insufficient information about the reason for the consultation may be cancelled.


If you are unable to attend, please cancel your appointment at least 24 hours in advance. Appointments that are not attended or are cancelled less than 24 hours in advance may be subject to a €10 fee.
