Dear clients,For health reasons, Dr. Ballez will not be holding consultations for the coming months. All scheduled appointments will therefore take place with Dr. Duys.
New opening hours:Monday: 9:30 – 16:00Wednesday: 9:30 – 16:00Thursday: 9:30 – 16:00Friday: 12:30 – 16:00To make an appointment outside Progenda, please call the office at 02 771 57 67, contact our assistant at 0485 04 99 35, or send an email to joanaramosjesus@gmail.com.
PHONE HOURS: Every weekday from 12:00 to 12:30 (except on public holidays or days when the office is closed).
Missed appointments: Any appointment that is missed or cancelled less than 12 hours in advance will be charged €25 (a higher compensation may be requested for surgeries depending on the scheduled timing).
HOLIDAYS and ABSENCES: The office will be closed from Thursday 26/02 to Sunday 01/03 inclusive.
Please note that phone service will not be available on days when the office is closed.
