The alternative to verifying their identity is a sticker from the mutual health insurance company.

– sending test results
– sending medical certificates (school, work)
– and following up on appointments
The subject line of your emails must include your child's first and last name, as well as their date of birth, please.
For all other inquiries, please book an appointment online.
In urgent cases, if no appointment is available, you can request one by email.
If you do not receive a response within 24 hours, please consider your request invalid.
All other inquiries will not be processed.
