- If this is the first time you consult David Fissiaux or Sabrina Coutelle, select "1st Appointment...". This appointment consists of a complete anamnesis of your musculoskeletal and postural health (static and dynamic) allowing us to assess whether or not wearing insoles will benefit you. If so, an appointment for the delivery of insoles will be made together during your first appointment (within 15 days).
- If you already wear insoles made by our center, select "Check insoles" (even if you would like a new pair of insoles).
- For appointments of 2 persons, remember to specify the first and last name of the 2nd person in the “Notes” field
