First check on moetiknaardedokter.be (or the app) whether it is really necessary for you to come to the consultation. You can choose your preferred language.
Book 1 consultation per patient and discuss a maximum of 2 questions per consultation, given the limited time available. The routine check-up with repeat prescriptions counts as 1 question.
Arrive on time for your appointment and contact us as soon as possible if you are unable to keep the appointment. Missed appointments will be recorded. If this happens 3 times, you will be asked to find another doctor.
