If there are no appointments available in the near future, please check the diary regularly, as last-minute cancellations often occur.

- Please bring your identity card
- Parking in a paid zone
- Any missed appointment without cancellation or cancellation less than 24 hours before the appointment will be subject to a fee of 30 euros.
Access to the practice: 153 Boulevard Edmond Machtens, 1080 Brussels. Take the visitors entrance at the back of the building, accessible via Avenue du Condor and Rue des Bougainvillées

1) No medical advice is given by email or telephone.
There is no point in sending photos or describing lesions to find out whether it is necessary to consult a doctor. In this case, a consultation is necessary.
Fees for consultations, surgery or cosmetic dermatology procedures are available on the website (fees). It is not possible to detail everything. If the required information is not available, a consultation is necessary.
2) Questions by email
Write a clear, succinct email (max 5 lines) and be sure to include: surname, first name, date of birth, telephone number.
Average response time to emails:Urgent problem: around 48 hours
Non-urgent problems or administrative questions (prescription requests, cancelling an appointment and requesting another one earlier than available on Progenda, questions following a consultation): approx. 10 days.Please do not send reminders during this waiting period.
This mailbox can only be consulted on weekdays between 9.00 and 16.00 (no reading at weekends, on public holidays, outside opening hours or in the event of absence).
In case of emergency, please call 112.
