- with an e-ID or Itsme
For people without e-ID nor Itsme, you should ask your administration to get the digital keys of the Belgian online services.
- for EC Staff and their family members via Sysper
- for EP Staff and their family members via your HR
Please consult your internal post with the procedure to follow to request the digital keys from your administration.
- for people who are not concerned by the three previous points, contact SPF Stratégie et Appui | (belgium.be) who will provide you with the digital keys.
This will also allow you to connect to Helena. Your GP can no longer provide you with access codes.
For patients without an e-ID, it is important that you take the necessary steps with your administration to obtain the digital keys to access Belgian online services. At the medical office, medical information will be communicated only via Helena.
