New patients: The practice is currently not accepting any new patients. All consultations at our medical practice are by appointment only.
For each appointment, only one patient is allowed, unless several members of the same family are consulting, in which case you must book as many appointment slots as there are patients.We reserve time slots for urgent consultations in addition to the usual appointment slots.
To make an appointment, please call your doctor at 0493 87 38 58 (NO TEXT MESSAGES PLEASE!!!).
Please do not call several times regarding the same request. You may leave a message on our voicemail stating your name, phone number, and the reason for your call. The doctor will call you back as soon as possible.
We also ask you to respect your appointment time in order to avoid overcrowding in the waiting room. If you are unable to attend your appointment, please inform us sufficiently in advance.
Please note that issuing a prescription is a medical act requiring appropriate follow-up and therefore requires a consultation. We invite you to make an appointment with your doctor to discuss your test results and obtain a prescription if necessary.
Home visits are primarily reserved for our elderly patients living in nursing homes or at home, as well as for people who are physically unable to travel to the practice. For organisational reasons, we ask you to request home visits on the same day before 9:00 AM, except in emergency situations.
