◾ Please put on a mouth mask (if possible); (except for children<12 years)
◾ Only one patient is allowed in the waiting room, please come by yourself (if possible);
◾ After each patient, the waiting room and the cabinet are thoroughly disinfected.
◾In case of suspicion of a Covid-19 infection, your doctor will suggest testing you on site. Please indicate the correct appointment when booking and follow the instructions carefully!

Always indicate the reason for your visit. This facilitates the consultation and ensures that sufficient time is provided.

Limit the number of complaints per appointment to a maximum of 2.

When you make an appointment online, instructions are sometimes provided, depending on which appointment type you choose. Please read them carefully. This will make your consultation more efficient.

Emergency

⚠️ When experiencing the following alarming symptoms, call 112 immediately and do not go to the emergency service by yourself. ⚠️🚑 

◾Every indication of sudden loss of consciousness in a person; 
◾Heavy pressing or constructive chest pain, whether or not in combination with vomiting, sweating and loss of consciousness;   
◾Sudden indication of facial droop, paralysed arm or leg, confused speech; 
◾Sudden severe headaches, whether or not combined with vomiting and decreased consciousness; 
◾Sudden spasms or convulsions for the first time; 
◾A road accident (always call the police!); 
◾Person suddenly choking with threat of suffocation (not being able to cough, turning blue, reaching for the throat); 
◾Swelling of the throat, lips and tongue after eating certain foods or taking medication or after an insect bite / sting. 

Always call 112 in life-threatening situations!
